Love this in cooked Chickpea rotini pasta salad. Simple, Chickpea pasta boiled in veggie stock or with veggie boullion then drained, whatever raw vegetables you like( I like chopped onion+ kale, shredded carrot+ celery, and peas) add dressing( I use mayo) , a sprinkle of herds de provence, squeeze of lemon or splash of wine vinegar, poppy seed or hemp seeds. Pink Hima salt and Cracked black pepper. Tuna if not vegan. Mix it all together. Quick meal. Fiber and protein. Done and done. ,This jar smells fresh .. will see.

I have recently found this herb. This herbs de Provence adds aromatic flavors to your dishes and is a great addition to simple sandwiches like tuna fish, chicken salad or dinners like baked chicken, herb potatoes, baked fish. It has delicious flavor! I love to add it in everything! Wonderful quality for the price.
