Good stuff 👍👍👍👍👍 This stuff is amazing on the lungs. Clear breathing like when you were 12 even if you smoke! Couple it with oregano oil for absolute lung health.😘

Not Black Seed oil
I've had better Black seed oil capsules these don't seem as good for me.

Almost immediate results
I made no changes to my diet but within a few days my digestion was better and my bloating was going down. Quick warning though, it might make you burp a lot. I have been burping so much more since taking them but personally it's just a small price to pay.
