Great customer service.
Great product and absolutely brilliant customer service. We did have a problem with the mirror and contacted customer service and a replacement was sent the next day....that's above and beyond.

It's expensive, but nice
These are expensive but nice. If the prices could come down a little that would be good. I only bought my second choice as I couldn't justify paying twice as much for the one I really liked.

The light does not stay on
The sensor they’ve designed is STUPID. maybe just put a button if you can’t get it work correctly. The light goes off every 10 seconds and you need to turn it on again. When you read the solution online they confess that it goes away after inactivity. Surprise! you stay in front of a mirror for a while with very small movement if you’re cleaning or putting makeup on!!! So much money went to waste!

can I afford it?
This is what you have to ask yourself - is it worth paying this money for a mirror to do your face? It is lovely, beautifully made but you can't adjust the magnification, only the brightness. It's rechargeable, comes on when you approach it, has different lighting tones. BUT a lot of money for what it is.

An extravagant purchase but I had a gift card too! Lovely quality product, great magnification and perfect controllable light! Worth every penny!!!

The light it emits is very natural, unlike my old mirror, plus 5 times magnification is perfect.
I like the slimness of it and that it can be cordless, requiring charging after many hours of use. I especially love the natural light it emits. It makes putting on makeup flawless, as you just can’t get more natural light than this.

Second time
This is the second one of these I've purchased. I got one for my wife in 2016, and she loved it. She loved it so much that she took it on trips all the time. She would take it to friends' homes. I wouldn't say she abused it, but it incurred a fair amount of wear and tear from travel. So, when the hinge that attached the mirror to the neck broke, it wasn't very surprising. So, for her birthday this year, I bought a replacement. It is more-or-less the same product as before, though I don't remember if the neck telescoped like it does now. She was thrilled to have the new one and will likely do with it what she did before. If we get another eight years from it, that will be legend. I can't tell you how she will review it, though she firmly believes it is worth the premium price we had to pay. She relies on it completely as her makeup mirror and uses it daily. Great product. Stylish design. Long lasting function. Will guy again when the time comes. Lean on other reviews for how it might be improved.
