these work great. Instructions say to take one but I needed to take 2 for them to really work. Taste is acceptable. If I take them for too long they have the opposite affect and keep me up so I try to stagger the use. I have ordered these quite a lot and sometimes the gummies are soft and sometimes they are hardened. I haven't noticed a difference with either

I have been receiving this product for over a year. Over the past few months every package I received has been dry, coated with a white powder. They are stuck together in a big clump of gummies and I have to pull them apart. The potency and effectiveness of the melatonin seems to be weakened. I have not been happy with this product since the beginning of the year.
