Big fan of Spider Gwen/Ghost Spider and was excited to pick this up. It arrived in a standard Amazon perforated bag with no padding otherwise and seemingly no issues. Sat down to read it and my light hit it just right showing a crease in the covers (front and back, back not as bad and can't even get a good picture of the crease) from the edge extending to the middle of the cover. Corner must have taken a shot in transit. I might have ordered this from a comic shop if I knew this would happen. Not letting the crease affect the content though. Great stuff for fans and non-fans alike.

I never could figure out what all the fuss over Gwen Stacy was when Marvel started creating alternate versions of her. The Spider-Gwen character was mildly interesting, but only that, probably because the writer of her series wasn't very good, in my opinion. With Gwenverse, I finally see the appeal of the concept. It's a wildly insane, entertaining story with interesting characters. Gwen has really grown as a person and a hero in the last few years. Unlike the horrible What If Miles Morales series, these alternate Gwens are actually interesting and likeable. Tim Seeley needs to be the regular Spider-Gwen writer.
