Does the job
I have a size 13 leather boot and I think any bigger, I'd be tattooed. In 24 hours it was stretched to my liking. Good product and the price is right!

Them Come a Little Small
My son got me a new pair of boots. Expensive ones that are well made and sturdy. They hurt and were hard to get one. I got the stretcher to help with the break-in. Problem is these are a little small for 12 boots. Solves the problem by taking their shoe stretcher which was bigger in size than these and swapping out the yellow parts. The parts are bigger and are what does the actual stretching. After that they worked great. Switching the parts is super easy, but if you don't already have a shoe stretcher, you end up buying more. After the change, things worked great.

Easy To Use
I read many reviews of people saying: this sucks, cheap slips out of place. Yes if your trying to stretch a super thick and large in foot size work boot or something steel toed it will not work. I personally (male size 10.5) had a pair of Abilene round toe cowboy boots, for the record I never buy because of this issue but they looked too good lol, that were way to tight in the toe box. Not only did I have to stretch the leather but the rigid fabric that lines the inside of the toe box. First off I superglued some 36 grit sandpaper up by the top edge to help hold the expander in place. I sprayed the inside of the boot with a 3 part mix, paint thinner, boot oil, and hot water and concentrated on the areas I needed to stretch. I plugged the black adaptors in place where my toe was rubbing. Cranked 7 times let sit for 8 hours. Boom perfect!
