A: Control boxes may sometimes come with dust covers to protect the input ports against dust and debris. To remove them, slide the front face plate in the upward direction and then pry out the dust covers using your fingernails or pliers.

A: Simply press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons on the wireless remote while simultaneously pressing the button on the side of the control box for 10 seconds. The TV lift will rise after the remote pairing has been completed.

**Q: Is changing the travel functionality of the wireless remotes possible?**
A: Yes, to change the wireless remote travel function from Momentary to Non-Momentary, hold the COM button for approximately 10 seconds and then let go.

**Q: How does the Drop Down TV lift external limit switch work?**
A: The external limit switch stops the lift from moving once it is pressed and only works in the extending direction. Install the switch in a way that it will be pressed while the lift is moving up and right before the ceiling cover touches the ceiling.

We wanted our tv to come down while watching, but be up high for storing. This is on our patio as you can tell. It was easy to install and works perfectly so far!

This mount is cheaply made and is total trash.The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I returned it and they never gave me my money back. Total waste of time.Don't buy this.

Nice product other than brackets missing and Amazon will have you do a full return, for missing parts Amazon say contact progressive and since its sold through Amazon they won't replace missing or broken parts.
