I purchased two cabinets. Based on this purchase, I plan on two more with Letaya. There was a part missing. Letaya took care of this immediately, promising quick delivery. It's not a show stopper as I am using the cabinet and will add it later. Bottom line, I am very much impressed with their customer service people. It's reassuring and one the reasons I highly recommend buying from Letaya. The cabinet's quality matches those costing much more. If you are willing to do the assembly ( 1-1.5 hrs first time, half an hour on second second cabinet ), you will have the same quality cabinet as those costing at least twice as much. I know, I own one of those office grade factory assembled ones. I must say, while assembling the first cabinet I was completely impressed with the quality of the sheet metal all formed to fit precisely. All screw holes matched perfectly, all panel joints fit as they should. As I proceeded with the assembly, I waited for the "other shoe to drop". I knew something coming up will disappoint and upset me. Nothing bad happened, all parts went together easily, as the instructions stated and without issue. The opposite has been my experience with so many products that ship you a box full of parts and ask you to put it all together. The manufacturing team at Letaya deserves a lot of credit for pulling this off. It's obvious to me that the people that designed this cabinet had the customer assembler in mind. A bit of work but everything moves along smoothy if you follow the step by step instructions. The assembly manual is the clearest manual I have run across to date. Not an exaggeration. If that is not enough, all parts are labeled with letters even the screws. Hardware to attach the cabinet to the wall is included, with wall anchoring parts as well. Manual screw driver is included but I would recommend a battery powered screwdriver. Not an impact type driver as that will strip the sheet metal holes. Both my cabinets arrived with no damage. Letaya encapsulates the packaged panel's top and bottom sections inside a galvanized sheet metal box lined with foam. This forms a very protective means to mitigate shipping hazards. Unlike my expensive, office brand cabinet, these have five shelves. The shelf clips are super easy to remove and re-insert elsewhere making shelf height adjustments the easiest I've experience. I can't say that about my expensive office cabinet. I think more manufactures can learn from Letaya. I've assembled a lot of products in my long lifetime and have yet to experience a build like this. I must also add, the cabinet looks great. EDIT - November 2024 Ok, as I wrote earlier, I like the Letaya cabinets a lot. Just ordered three more but in white for my walk in pantry. They look great lined up against the wall. As mentioned earlier, the quality is still there. I did notice, the box packaging has improved with a lot of stiff hardboard surrounding the steel door panels throughout. Unless the shipping box was run over by the FedEx truck, it would be hard to damage the panels. Assembly was straightforward as before and instructions just as clear. What makes Letaya stand out is their customer service. This alone makes Letaya a smart choice.

I'm impressed!!! Very well made and very easy to assemble. Everything lined up perfectly and fit as it should. Shelf adjustments are good and the shelves are solid/not sagging at all. This works well for setting both my sheet fed scanner and laser printer on. They included spare screws and parts including spare door hardware. Not only would I buy it again, I actually did just order another one after receiving and assembling this one.

I live in a super small, 1 bedroom apartment. I don't have a true kitchen, I have a kitchenette. So I had fo get this metal storage cabunet, and I really do love it and wish I had a 2nd one! The assembly was a pain in my butt ( can't curse on here), but I managed after awhile. The metal is on the thinner side, ( still durable though) so keep that in mind. I accidently dented the back a small amount while trying to assemble it by myself. The love the nice sleek metal appearance, that is what attracted me to buy it in the first place. And this storage cabinet fits ALOT of food! It is extremely durable because it holds a lot of canned foods, and my toddler that likes to slam it shut. I want to get a 2nd one to put my art materials in it. The cabinet comes with keys, so you can safely lock stuff in them.

Right out of the gate I'll say the ONLY reason why these didn't get 5 stars is because there was damage from the way they were packed. This came in the form of scratches on the shelves that they have nested into one another in the box; no damage was on any exterior panel that people would see. I didn't reach out to the vendor, although I still might, in order to see if the shelves can be replaced, but in reality it's not the biggest deal in the world, as these are going into a garage and will probably be scraped up from pulling things in/out of the cabinets. I order two cabinets and both had similar damage, so it's a flaw in the way they pack things. As far as the cabinets themselves, I'm quite happy with them and am considering ordering perhaps one more tall one (72"h x 36"w) and a couple/few half-height ones in order to actually hold the immense amount of stuff you end up with in a garage. They are a great size, having 16" deep shelves that hold more items than I expected. The metal itself is fairly thick, and feels quite sturdy once assembled (definitely a case where the more items come together, the sturdier it gets, as expected). Assembling the shelves was easy, it just takes a little bit of time. The hardware seems beefy enough, as I didn't have any issues with stripping anything or easily cross-threading things, which I've run into with cheaper cabinets. The matte finish on everything has a nice feel. Since it's textured I'm not completely clear yet on whether it's easy to keep clean or not, but I think it will be easy enough. Door alignment is done via stacking nylon washers on the bottom of the door to adjust up/down. This seems a little sketchy at first, but in reality it's a simple, if not elegant, way to get the job done. The doors have light magnetic bumpers that you put on them to help hold things together. In my opinion these could be a little stronger, but as they are seem to get the job done without needing to pull crazy-hard to open the door. Top-to-bottom the doors may not align perfectly (meaning the top or bottom sticks out when the door is closed instead of laying flat). The beauty of metal is that you can torque it a bit in the right direction and voila!, door is now aligned and closes as it should going forward. Surprisingly, the two cabinets I ordered do not have matching keys (meaning the key from one cabinet cannot open the other cabinet). I view this as a plus, as it would allow me to keep certain people out of things if the need ever arises, but if you're expecting everything to use the same key that doesn't seem to be the case. I'd definitely recommend these cabinets as long as you're not expecting absolute perfection. The price is great, they are sturdy, and I expect them to last for a long time.

This is a great cabinet that was priced right at Amazon I had some bad experiences after purchasing several at Lowe's, Home Depot and Harbor Freight that had to go back for cheap metal, poor assembly at box stores and and shipping dents. Cheers to Fedex for getting to my home with no issues as this was a very heavy box with excellent padding and packing at the manufacturer. The cabinet alone is 78 pounds. As a Industrial Engineer, I appreciated the depth and layout of the assembly instruction booklet...everything was labeled with clear instructions for each step...very impressive . All metal parts went together easily with only a #2 Philips screw driver....there were some tight spots but the tolerances were pretty much perfect. This is a high quality cabinet and I glad I found it in the maze of mostly junk.

This is the third cabinet I have bought now. They have five shelves, very sturdy with a brace built in. They are the perfect size for our needs. We were able to adjust the front up so they could be level. Great cabinet for a great price. Each cabinet had a scratch mark in the same place, and I broke the one plastic part for the locking mechanism in one. But the other two were fine. I would recommend this cabinet for anyone who would like to have a great space for organizing essentials that are out of sight. We are using them in our garage, but they look nice enough you could use them indoors too. I did buy shelf liner to protect the shelves from sliding stuff in and out as well as any leakage from paint or other things. The metal has a great finish as well.

Very easy to assemble. Assembled in minutes with screws, nuts and bolts. The metal thickness is thin and weak, but good enough to store light items. Definitely not industrial grade or for heavy duty use. For shop and tool storage go with industrial grade cabinets that comes welded and assembled.
