Exactly what I ordered and was delivered fast. I had an older garmin chart plotter that had a 4 pin connection and the new transponder has an 8 pin so I had to buy an adapter, but that was on me.

This is a genuine Garmin Transducer for CV (clearvue models). It is 3 screws and plugging into the Chartplotter so it’s very easy to install and use. It’s a good price for OEM.

Perfect product exactly as advertised but better, the down vu is basically photographic sonar and is very clear, plastic bracket is well built and installed easy, the people saying it’s cheap probably have never installed a transducer before… mount it where you won’t break it duhh.

Order used looked brand new also was just to replace old one the broke works very well with striker 5cv although this is an 8pin so you'd need an adapter

I received a transponder with an 8 pin connector. I needed a 4 pin. The product description should indicate whether it’s a 4 or 8 pin connector. The suffix on the part number differentiates the two but, without researching the meaning of the suffix, the average person won’t know the difference.

dosnt fit my striker 7sv no clear instructions

I ordered as I thought it would fit, but it was the wrong one. not enough info. I thought all Garmin's would fit to all Garmin's.
