Steam Deck

I'm happy with this screen protector. It went on well and feels satisfyingly smooth to the touch. It rises just a tiny bit above the Deck's plastic face so it's nice and thick, ensuring your screen is safe from scratches and bangs, but touchscreen responsiveness feels identical to me with no issues registering taps or gestures. The protector is cut to fit the Deck's screen precisely, filling about 99.5 percent of its space for an easy fit. I can't speak for anti-glare since my screen wasn't one to begin with, the image looks the same to me. The glass doesn't do much against smudges (any glass screen is going to get smudgy) but it's easily wiped off leaving no scratches behind. Ultimately this was a good deal, I feel more confident moving my Deck around now. The screen was easy to apply with no lasting bubbles and should anything happen to this one I've still got two left. Solid purchase.

So far I have had no issues with the steam deck oled. It arrived in perfect condition with all of its parts (charger, etc.) Installation process was easy and quick. Definitely worth the price!

I bought this when I bought my Steam Deck in 2022. It is now April 2026 and I don't think I have a scratch on it. I'm not hard on my Steam Deck but I use it a ton. Great product. I haven't had to replace it once.

I got this brand for my Switch a few years back and the 1st one went on without any issues and is STILL on today. I was able to send the leftovers to my nephews with their Switch when we got them one for xmas and it sure enough worked well for them too. I just had the exact same experience with the Steam Deck and now I have 2 I don't need anymore. These are so good, they should just send you one bc it's actually hard to get it wrong. Just set it in place and let it slowly seal itself and no bubbles, also helps that I basically put this on right after unpacking the Deck, bc I have a TON of pets and pet hair. Edit: After a while of use, this protector does dull your inputs on the touchscreen quite a bit. There still isn't a great solution for a thin matte plastic cover that might be best for what I want to do, so this is still great at protecting the screen, but there are tradeoffs for sure.

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this screen protector since I was a little unsure if it was designed for an LCD or OLED model of Steam Deck. I have not seen an OLED model in person and am unsure on how they actually differ, but this fits my LCD model perfectly with no bubbles underneath and no struggle in applying it. It is slightly more reflective than the actual screen, but with the brightness level that I play my games app it is very hard to notice. I'm happy I got a screen protector, I don't know how I was feeling brave & bold enough to not get one sooner.
