I bought this laptop for one of my nieces. I have 5 nieces and buy presents for all of them. I was looking for an inexpensive laptop, but good quality. I called Amazon's technical support and I was advised this brand. They said it's what the US military like to use due to their quality. That was an excellent reference. I asked my niece about quality and she is very happy with this computer. I visited her sometime ago and tried it myself. I have to say that I was satisfied with this purchase. Thank you Amazon for your help.

Lenovo computer is great buy

This is my 2nd Lenovo. Much lighter and a little smaller than the first one. The battery is sub-par. Even in the 'dark mode' the battery only lasts half as long as my first Lenovo. Disappointed. Otherwise, ok computer.

I’ve tried several times to attach a video and photos but it won’t work. I purchased the Lenovo idealpad 3 December 2022. I have used it for about 30 minutes. July 2023 I needed to use it and when I opened it the screen looked like it had black ink poured over it. I contacted the seller who told me the 30 day time return had passed and I needed to contact the factory. I contacted the factory that told me the day they shipped the computer to the seller the warranty began. The factory told me to contact the seller. The factory said the computer was purchased January 2022 and I purchased it November 2022 (Black Friday). So by the time I purchased the computer I had 1 month warranty left. Seller now says the computer was sold used. I was a computer teacher and know computers I would have never purchased a used computer from amazon. The seller keeps saying the 30 day return window has passed and referred me back to the factory. I contacted customer support for help and I’m now waiting for an answer if it will be fixed or replaced. It was hard parting with the money to buy the computer and now I’m out my money and no computer. This seller is not a good seller to buy from.

Got this for my mom. She loves that it’s touch screen. Almost 2 years and no issues.

Only had the computer for a few days. He said for the money I paid, it was definitely worth it. I don’t know much about computers. He does lol if he would recommend it then I would as well. I’ve never been able to afford him one and it took me years to be able to buy this for him. I am so happy that he is happy with the laptop. Thanks Amazon
