Initially i received a slightly defective product which was having loose USB-C port issue. I still managed to use it somehow. As the product went out-of-stock immediatly, and i really loved the product, i didnt wanted to return the product and get the refund. I decided to live with the USB-C issue. After 2 months, the product failed to switch ON, possibly because of the faulty USB-C port. I immediately reached out to Hivagi Team and to my surprise, despite the product out of the return window, they agreed for a free replacement of the product. This is what i call 100% customer satisfaction. Thanks to the Hivagi team for the wonderful product and customer service. 5 Star service.

Worst product stops working in a month. Don't waste money on any products from Hivagi

I received the product today and am very impressed with its performance. It fills the room with aroma, has a beautiful flame as you can see in the attached video, is very quiet, and last but not the least uses the cool technology of ultrasonic (high frequency sound) to create mist from water. Simply brilliant!

It’s a beautiful product but I don’t know how long it will last. There are some issues with the product like you can only left it from the bottom as the top part can come off easily and the lights can either be yellow or multicolour. You cannot select a particular light, otherwise mesmerising to look at . Will update this review if anything changes.

Here are some points - • humidifier works great • High chance of water entering the fan and reaching led, this will cause the lights to stop working • Delicate and needs to be handled with care • The flame lights are amazing, we can choose the colour we prefer •Great to flex about your room •Essence oil sticks to the surface making it difficult to remove. • A bit overpriced Overall review - Neutral

I got this product hoping it’ll work fine, initially it did fine but all of sudden it stopped working even after handling with utmost care. It’s a made in china product and the company selling it doesn’t even bother to reply to email and complaints. Don’t but it.

It looks good... Works well. The internals cannot cost more than 200-300 INR. Add the body mayb another 100 INR max. Doesn't justify the price tag of 1800 INR. Apart from being over priced it's a good product and looks good.

Under any circumstances I believe one should never buy this product , no matter what the other reviews say I recently purchased HIVAGI oil diffuser from Amazon, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The item stopped working after just two days of use, and to make matters worse, it only emitted light once during that time. When attempting to reach out to Amazon customer service for assistance, I received vague and unhelpful responses, leaving me frustrated and without a solution. Unfortunately, the product cannot be returned, compounding my dissatisfaction with this entire experience. I advise potential buyers to try to return the product as soon as possible.And other people do not buy no matter what the other reviews say......... DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER
