I have received the product and it is clearly a faulty product. It does not work with my hand held device even it is advertised that it is compatible. I know it is not my device that is faulty due to the fact it works with the other liquid I use which was purchased from a pharmacy. I thought this product would be high quality yet it does not even work. Either a refund or the correct product should be offered as compensation otherwise this is just false advertisement.

Large vials which are easy to use - just twist of the cap and squeeze into the nebuliser chamber The vials as I mentioned are larger than usual so each session will be for longer My dad is 93 with COPD and regularly uses saline nebulisers which help clear mucus and keep the lungs clean. This has added ingredients and the feedback I have is that they don’t feel that different ti regular saline when inhaling - but effects are at least as good. The large vial is a waste - my dad would’ve preferred slightly smaller ones as smaller nebulisers can take an age to consume a vial Overall very good - and good for keeping the lungs healthy and clear of mucus. But these are very expensive - over priced by about 50% - why they charge so much for to all intents and purposes is a saline solution I don’t know.

I usually use a 0.9% saline solution for nebulisation, but was keen to try a hyaluronic acid solution - and I must say I’m quite impressed! It works super quickly helping to lift any chest tightness (i.e. bronchoconstriction) or wheezing. I can typically feel my airways being opened up and hydrated in minutes. Was very helpful in relieving a recent allergy bout and getting rid of any coughing with mucus. It mimics a saline solution pretty well and is just as effective, but I personally found it to work minutes quicker than my normal NaCl solution. Would be happy to recommend. I bought this product because I did buy a portable size nebulizer and because of the consistency of this product being so thick, it did not work work for the machine. This is meant more for the bigger and stronger nebulizer, but the packaging and the item itself is good. There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s worth getting especially if you have asthma or trouble breathing.

I love the saline solution to the nebulizer. It’s an alternative to the steroids that you use. I like to trade off and moisturize my lungs. I have interstitial lung disease, disease, and I find it very helpful in eating my lungs and getting the phlegm off of my chest.

This product worked great for me. I would recommend it to anyone who needs help on getting lungs cleared out. Wish I would have known about it sooner

Unfortunately, I didn't see all the negative reviews regarding this product not functioning in many nebulizers until I too bought it and could not get it to work. I thought my nebulizer had finally failed so I bought another and...same problem. Now I spent $100+ dollars on both and have nothing. UPDATE: my original review stated the seller response was lacking and my frustration with having spent money with no refund. Shortly after that, I received a response and refund from the seller along with an offer to supply another of their product. I am very satisfied and have revised my rating of the seller accordingly.

Marketed for nebulizer use, but it does not aerosolize at all. I tried two different nebulizers—both work with standard saline, not this product. Once opened, it’s non-returnable. Customer service was contacted over two weeks ago and never responded. Misleading listing and a complete waste of money.
