Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker: Small Portable Waterproof Speaker with Microphone, Stone Blue

I hunted around for ages for a bluetooth speaker because I felt it's going to be one of those purchases you don't want to repeat for a while. I *LOVE* this speaker! It connects very, very easily and after initial pairing every time you switch it on it will just automatically connect. Then, you just 'play' from whatever you've connected to (eg phone, etc) and it comes out from the Bose speaker. Easily fills a room with high quality, fully rounded sound.Volume is easily controlled from the speaker with '+'/'-' buttons and the Power switch is also very easy. It does something that I'm very, very passionate about in design and engineering ... IT 'JUST WORKS', BRILLIANTLY! #bravoBose. A single charge lasts for absolutely ages, but it also recharges very quickly.I also bought the additional case to protect it particularly for travel (not made by Bose, but fits it perfectly and is also high quality and very sturdy). I use this a lot, particularly listening to Audible books while I'm doing housework! *L-o-v-e it* ... and thank you Bose for making something that 'just works'.

Bought this for wifey for when showering, so her iPhone can be left outside the en suite to avoid wetting the cell. I’ve already nicked it for bike rides and walking as it straps to handle bars or slips into pocket well nicely. Volume is perfect with no obvious distortion, Bose make sound, sound believable. Always reliable kit. Case is rubbery so can withstand knocks or drops. A great purchase wifey loves singing along to Britney in the shower. Achieves a robust Bluetooth connection to Android or Apple kit, no dropouts.

I’ve had cheaper speakers, both bargain basement and “decent enough” quality (Sony). But this is another level. I bought it primarily for the multifunction button that means I can be in a different room from my phone and able to play/pause music or podcasts from the speaker. But the sound quality is incredible for such a small unit. Speech and music both sound great. I took it on holiday to a self-catering cottage, since it was easily small enough to squeeze into my luggage, and there was enough volume to listen to streaming radio in the kitchen, even with the noise of making dinner and the cooker hood running. Everyone who’s heard it has been seriously impressed. Battery life is good, I assume, because I haven’t got it past halfway yet! I wasn’t sure if I was paying a bit too much for a portable speaker, but now I’ve used it for a while I have no regrets at all.

The sound quality and battery life can’t be beat with this little speaker and it is far better than any other speakers in this size I have had. I have owned many of these over the years and usually loose them but I always buy another one. My only disappointment is that this particular one is a micro usb charge port when others I have recently owned were type c usb. Not sure if this particular one was older stock and that’s why it is a micro USB charge port which is basically obsolete technology. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Fabulous product, so light and portable to take on holiday, bathroom or in garden. The sound clarity is incredible and low or high you will love it! It goes quite loud and doesn’t lose any quality. Crystal clear. Just buy it!

Amazing sound, clear and loud enough to fill a medium size church. Yet portable enough to put in your pocket! Battery life excellent, blue tooth connection simple, yet relatively cheap!
