These are really heavy for what they are and great for the price, very sturdy. Got these to make a bar top in my kitchen and go perfectly!! Easily adjustable as well with a twist. Comes with the screws ☺️

I put in a shelf above the washing machine for our dishwasher and while the shelf was strong enough for the weight it did have some bounce which made opening and using the dishwasher annoying. There was room next of the washing machine for one of these and it’s made the shelf 100% rigid. It was the only one I found that extended long enough to be suitable, most are only standard counter heights. I liked that I could buy just the one. Mines probably an unusual need but plenty of people will building a breakfast bar and only need the one. Looks attractive and not like the ‘fix’ it was at all.
