Actigel is very useful it helped gel moisturizing and helpful for dryness and itchiness and treats vaginal discomforts. Also it helps in the bedroom too, It provides hydration too and doesn't dry me out.

This cream is truly excellent. When I travel to a hot country, or when I'm on my period, I tend to get pretty irritated and sensitive skin "down there". This gel really helps soothe and bring the situation back to normal. I haven't used it for BV yet (luckily!) but for regular dryness and irritation it's truly miraculous. Please note, the first few seconds of application it may sting or burn, this is normal and goes away in a few seconds. The only downside is that the seller had the product name AND DESCRIPTION clearly written on the outside of the parcel, so that was a bit embarrassing with the postman 🤣🤣

I have used this product for years and found it effective for any issues of feminine discomfort both internally and externally. The consistency is great as it isn't too thick and it doesn't stain clothing. It's easy to use and worth the money.

Excellent works really good

Although the product is for bacterial vaginosis I was recommended this by my gynaecologist when I was struggling with recurring yeast infections. I had tried boric acid and probiotics but they didn’t work for me. This works wonderfully at preventing infections and keeping things balanced. It does burn for a couple minutes after use, so I would bear this in mind, but it provides relief afterwards. I also find that it helps with dryness. One tube also lasts a long time so it’s a great investment.
