Nice product
It's plug and play. Just inserted into the 40 pin ide and my cd writer is detected by the system. The only issue is the 4pin connector to the ide card. Have to push and shove harder till it snap inside. Rest everything is fine. Thanks to the manufacturer and Amazon.

Very handy and useful. Converter old ide to sata and being used in new desktop.

Not working
This device did not work on my 39 pin ide hard disk, so I applied for a refund last month. The pickup was done on 19 August and today, on 18 September, it has been a full month. I don't know when I will get a refund for my order. Time is wasted and money is also stuck 😓

3 bad orders
I have searched and ordered a 44 pins FEMALE IDE connector to SATA, I have received by 3 times a male 44 pins connector. A Female 44 pins to SATA ( Which ended being a 40 pins female connector (The green one)) and I just received another connector 40 pins female to SATA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SALESMAN. I have ordered the Green, The Red and The blue connectors and NOT ONE was fitting not corresponding to what I looked for despite the description nor the pictures.

Facile e perfetto
Facile da installare basta seguire indicazioni scritte sulle immagini di vendita, ho perfettamente funzionante su scheda madre di ultima generazione con lettore dvd cd rom con connessione ide del 2004. È bastato semplicemente disinstallare i driver controller ide ahci su gestione dispositivi e riavere il pc perché rilevasse il masterizzatore. Perfetto e molto pratico forse il prezzo potrebbe essere più basso ma si risparmia rispetto ad acquistare un nuovo lettore , sempre se si possiede un lettore dvd vecchio.

DVD-RWでも使えました
古いDVD-RWに使用、初めはPC自体が起動せず、ほかのレビューにあったようにHDDでないとダメかと思いましたが、ジャンパーの設定でなんら問題なく使用可能に、PCは、 dellのワークステーション、DVD-Rも書くことがほとんどなくなりましたが、本体があるので使えればと安い値段なので購入しました。
