Walker Edison Durango Distressed Solid Wood Dining Table, 72 Inch, Mahogany

I was hesitant because of the hit or miss reviews and no recent photos/videos being posted but I’m so happy we took the risk. This is the table and matching bench from the same company, both in the color RUSTIC OAK. We wanted to stay around $200 for a table (which isn’t easy nowadays) and we wanted wood, not mdf, which makes it even harder. This was one of three tables on Amazon that matched the criteria. The legs are not metal! Which it never claimed; but would be easy to assume. Other reviews state the same. The top is three separate pieces and after putting it together the boards didn’t always line up, about 1/8” off in spots. We had to put some force into it and re-screw to try to get it even. We got 90% there. We did have to shim one of the legs to stop the wobbling. But it’s gorgeous, doesn’t look cheap, wasn’t damaged, large and real pine for less than $250, it’s a win for me!

Bench is 1 star, table 3 star, averaged to 2. If you don't sit dead center on the bench it tilts (kind of a big deal ay?) Bench matches the length of the table which looks nice but is awkward and disfunctional. (Should be 6in shorter). It's just wood so unless your tushy is made of steel your gonna need a cushion for any sitting longer than 10 mn. Has a 330lb weight limit but creeks with one 160lb person using it. Thought the black would be metal of some sort, it's not. Thought the table top would be solid, it's 3pcs connected. Thought it would be flat and smooth but it's textured so crumbs put up a fight when being brushed off. Thought it would be durable, shows every lil nic and scruff. Now I get to dusty the BOTTOM of the table which is a must bc it's black. Thought it would be heavy, it's not. But it does look nice if you like the way it looks in the ad. Much room for improvement but at the end of the day wasn't bad enough to attempt a return. Especially after 2ppl spent over an hour assembling it :/. Moral of the story is sometimes there is a reason something is a million percent off. Good luck.

Barstools are very nice I am pleased with them except for this barstool it came in damaged we tried to repair it but to no avail. We would like to replace it if at all possible the other three barstools we received are in good condition just this one. This is the way it came in.
