I am a regular user of probiotics and prebiotics over the years and have done quite a bit of research. I wanted to switch up the types of bacteria I was using and heard this type was good for weight and helping your digestive system overall and helps with glucose. There are more benefits of B420 too. First if you eat unhealthy foods, this and every other probiotic won't help, it just won't. You have to make healthy food choices, not perfect, but lean more healthy than not. There has been positive research on these probiotics, looking forward to new future research on this, but the B420 has been effective. If you need to curb your appetite take 1 pill 30-40 minutes before you eat, it may help you eat less. If I take it with my dinner, I won't snack at night. If I take it with lunch, then it doesn't do good for me because I won't want dinner. Eating is good, too much fasting is bad. Also, I do think it has improved my glucose, which really shocked me (Diabetic Type 2) and you have to be on top of checking your numbers. After taking your basic everyday kind of probiotics to see such a difference with these is not only promising, but it's true that each persons need for certain bacteria is different. Finding the ones you need for what ails you is the hard part. These are a good brand, I will stick with these. Popped them in the refigerator once I got them and the date looks good, well sealed, no complaints.

Great product! Make me feel full; I can keep my calorie deficit and I am seeing results. You need also to have a healthy diet plus this pill.

This is great- it bothers my sinuses a little, but that doesn’t take much effort. I have a sensitive stomach and this really helps while taking my GLP-1.

Gives me energy during the day. Being caffeine sensitive it dose ramp the anxiety up & even more with coffee. Lesson learned. Not sure if I’m gonna keep using it. Trying to keep anxiety at bay is huge right now for me. It does help decrease appetite but starving at night once it wears off.

Arrived on time, is as advertised and in perfect condition. No problems with the seller/shipper. I have learned that this Shape B420 pro/prebiotic, like all other biotic supplements, will probably not permanently colonize one's intestinal tract. And, like most supplements, I can't tell that Shape B420 is doing anything positive for me. Neither do I notice anything negative. I'm on my second bottle, but it may be the last. Against scientific evidence, I'm hoping this is the miracle we all hope for, and that a four-month treatment will fix anything that ails me.

These were recommended and have the 2 strains I was seeking. However, I got headaches when I took them - I understand this can happen to some people.
