Although I love the ease of the moving arm on the protractor, my student accidentally dropped it on his desk and it broke. Only 1 day of use and broken. I'll have to look into sturdier protractors.

These are snazzy and a decent price. However, not for younger students. My first day having them available and after giving firm notice to treat correctly, one was broken (unfixable) and one pulled apart (fixable) within the first hour. Not the toughest tool.

The design is creative but needs work. These arrive in two pieces that do not fit together or stay together particularly well. If I had to use it for more than a few projects for my elementary age school child, I would have had to purchase a higher quality protractor. One broke as I was putting it together, the other two work "okay" but fall apart constantly. It's too bad because it is a good concept, just poorly executed. I added a star because the seller proactively reached out to me and offered a refund. Great customer service is rare these days and I would buy from them again based on this experience.

The main reason I bought this is because my oldest daughter has a disability which makes it ver difficult for her to use her hands the way the majority of us are able to. She has low muscle tone, and the tendons and ligaments in her hands to not expand or contract normally. So, drawing angles for math was nearly impossible using a standard protractor. This one has a guided line, and it worked wonders for her. I still have to assist, but not nearly as much as before. She can accurately show me the angles she needs to measure or draw for geometry, AND draw them using this. It really is a God-send for this homeschooling mama. Thank you. The one drawback is the line piece that is used pops off kind of easily. Iâve had to fix it a couple times. But, as easily as it pops loose, it is just as easy to affix.
