Sewage grinder pump - excellent machine. Well Built and quiet.
The grinder pump services a lower level apartment’s bath and kitchen. It is slightly expensive but powerful and quiet. Great buy!

It works!
Has only been installed for 2 weeks but works great so far. I am not a plumber but just read the instructions and install it yourself.

Quality control is of utmost paramount importance prior to shipping to the customers
The pump was sent to us with the internal broken pipe . The system is non operational . What a waste of time and energy . The bathroom is out of order during the holidays. We would like an exchange ASAP

Thank you very much for making this product! It's amazing! Especially if you live in the woods. Save us a lot of money from heaven to buy A septic tank. It's very quiet!

Well made and well designed turn-key sewage system but more expensive
The entire system (1 hp grinder pump + basin) is extremely sturdy and well-made. Although I just had it installed, I believe it will last a long time to come. The unit's turn-key setup enabled my plumber to install the unit with much less work which helped with the installation cost. My previous Zoeller pump died after 4 years. The Zoeller had a plastic impeller. I decided to switch to a Liberty grinder pump with a cast iron impeller and a stainless grinder blade. The main drawback of this system is the price. It is definitely on the premium side.

Very good pump, the plastic could be beefed up a bit, but overall, works great and cured an ongoing plumbing problem for me.
