What are the contents of the cold gel packs? My pack was leaking so bad it soaked the bottoms of the boxes.

How are the bars shipped since they have to be refrigerated?

During warmer months, the ice packs may melt while in transit, but the bars will remain fresh, as they can be unrefrigerated up to one week -- just pop them in the fridge upon arrival. Is this good for keto diet?

Not really sure. It has fat from the peanuts, but to be honest, it has some quite amount of sugar. But it tastes so good!!
