1Do you recommend buying the solar panel? And If the battery lasts for 2 months, how long does it take to charge when connected to electricity?

Highly recommend, I have tested the cameras with and without the panels. Even though the batteries may last more than 2 months depending and foot traffic. It took around 4 hrs to fully charge the camera using a power bank.

Does it have to be close to the router to work? And does it record if there is no internet connection?

It should be in WiFi range If WiFi is offline it's record all video

Does the Solar panel work with other devices ? Can I use it for other purposes to charge device other than camera?

I bought it for my GoPro Hero 10 but it did not work. I think this only works for compatible cctv cameras only
