Easy to use. I keep one upstairs and one downstairs so there is always one handy.

I bought another brand of spider catcher (same style with bristles and plastic handle) that is so good, I wanted a second one to keep upstairs. Had I known this would be of such inferior quality, I'd have stumped up the couple of extra pounds to get the same one as before. After using (or attempting to use) this only a few times, the bristles have splayed and it doesn't catch anything. The spiders just crawl straight out of it - totally useless. Sadly I am a few days past the return date otherwise this would be going back instead of in the bin.

This contraption is excellent for catching spiders and creepy crawlies without harming them.

Does what it is supposed to

This product is effective in picking up larger spiders that are against flat surfaces, however, it is nearly impossible to grab small spiders that run into corners. I bought this for a friend after getting one for myself and will be taking this everywhere with me. Again, it's not great for small or medium sized spiders that are in hard to reach places, you may have to resort to older methods of spider removal if that is the case. Overall, I would buy again, it has saved me from having to get close to spiders and other bugs.
