These are very well made. No complaints. I used them to connect my patio TV to my Sonos amp about 150-feet away via an ethernet cat5 cable. It works great. I did use an optic to analog converter on the TV so that may have boosted the signal but that has nothing to do with the quality of the connectors. I will buy again.

Works as advertised, build quality is budget but to be expected

I use these when I need to send analog audio over a long distance (over 25 feet) because these allow you 328 feet with no noise or signal loss on regular cat 6.

Hooked it up and works well

Had a hissing noise. Not sure if it was defective or because it crossed over a power cord or the 100ft run was too much.. Either way, not acceptable, product should be better insulated.

Worked for me for a while, but I decided that such baluns are not necessary or sensible for a speaker-level signal. Also, they do not use the entire CAT5 cable, but only half of the wires. That's probably OK as they are designed for line-level, lower power signals. While this sort of worked for my speakers, it didn't work very well (high resistance from the long, thin wires). My mistake. I absolutely wouldn't recommend baluns for that application.

Used for 200+ft powered speaker wire runs where patch cable and rca style will introduce noise. These are clean clear and easy to use. 4 pairs and they all seem great.

Totally useless. A loud screeching noise when I tried to use this over a 30ft CAT5 run.

Did not work for me, returned after trying with lots of ground loop noise and zero audio signal.
