Neutralise odours well.
Such a simple, useful thing! I recently moved somewhere where they don’t recycle food waste so it has to go in the main bin. I was worried about it smelling but after using this, no smell at all! It didn’t adhere to the bin very easily as the bin has a curved lid, but I slipped a little magnet inside, worked a treat!

Doesn’t work
No scent and didn’t absorb bin smells. Cage popped open and deposited pouch in with the rubbish. Waste of money.

Good product, useless adhesive
The product itself works great, no more stinky bin. However the adhesive securing the product to the underside of the bin lid is a complete fail. One of the two came unstuck when just removing the tape on the top of the adhesive strip, it didn't even make it to the bin! Luckily I had read the previous reviews and was prepared. I use 'alien tape' which is a double-sided adhesive tape fantastic for sticking two flat surfaces together. It seems to have done the trick. I have also bought a packet of activated Charcoal sheets that can be cut to size to replace the ones in my Trash Ninjas when the time comes. Tbh the company should sell these anyway to avoid unnecessary production/use/disposal of one-off plastic.

Smell not easy to detect!

If you leave your bin lid open it will charge it in the sun.
Jojo If you intend to use this freshener in your outside big bin I suggest you use a little wash bag to attach to the handle, the sticky bit does not stick on certain plastics. But otherwise it does eliminate the bad smelling odours.

Is it doing anything?
Too soon to say how long it will last, but little discernible scent when opening bin. 3M tape didn’t like the plastic on the inside of my bin and I found it in suddenly rubbish after a couple of days. Some foam pads sorted out the problem. Feels expensive and ineffective from experience in first week. Will update review if it miraculously improves and copes with bin odours that we often get….

Not worth the money
Sticky tape on back is rubbish, keeps falling into the bin, smell is almost none existent, not a good purchase, won’t be able to return due to amount of times this has fallen in the bin
