This is an excellent pre-workout. The flavors of both the Fruit Punch and Au Natural are quite good, actually some of the better pre's I've had. The flavors are not abrasive or overpowering and the formula gives a good pump. Really enjoying these!

Non stim but I stack it with a 200mg caffeine pill. Great pumps and love the no crash or jitters. Best product and on auto buyfor me.Edit: what happened to the Au Naturale? The orange flavor is bitter and unpleasant, bring back the unflavored station, please!

Recently I bought 2 different preworkouts to mix. Both 30 servings, I level them off because lets be honest this supplement is expensive / over priced. Since I am mixing 2 theres no point in taking heaping scoops either. I am 5 days short of a month after buying & there is only 3 scoops left. I measured it with their scoop & a cup. I am honestly suprised by this because most companys don't short the servings. I am not sure if this was the fault of their machine that premakes tubs & I just got short or if they short every tub but unless I can get them to contact me back about the issue I will not be buying again!

Product is amazing I use it every workout but once I get about halfway through a bottle the workout is getting a full scoop. Shorten the bottle and widen the lid and it’s a 5 star review.

7-29-22My whole body is itchy… and now I can’t get a refund. Can’t even finish my workout! Too itchy! EVERYWHERE! Not sure what’s happening … but no pre workout no stim should make your whole body feel itchy :0/.Can a representative contact me and let me know what’s happening???Thanks.——Updated 7-30-22 / 4AMSo I tried this product one more time at a lower dose ( only intaking 25% of scoop ) because the ‘ 1 scoop ‘ was too overpowering and caused my whole body to inch due to the over load of ‘ Beta Alanine’ …my workout was actually increased for sure which I did like. Inch was at a low and non existent when I began to work out BUT UNFORTUNATELY…this product ‘ no stim ‘ not only made me ‘ crash ‘ after the workout ( feeling very tired and lethargic ) but now… I can’t sleep.How strange.This is NOT a good pre work out no stim. I believe the chemistry is off with the Ingredients becauseclearly the ‘ 1 scoop ‘ doesn’t work for everyone… different sizes of people, muscle mass, female vs male… etc.Really disappointed.————09/01/2022Tried to lower the dose… and was a bit better but I do feel because this product has some form of corn for ‘ sugar ‘ also ended up bloating me.:: gave it to my brother, he tried full dose and said it was too strong. Long story short… it’s a massive no.
