Taylor 1445 Taylor 1445 Pro Series Digital Fridge-Freezer Thermometer with Safety Zone

The digital thermometer works as expected, giving a good accurate reading of the refrigerator.Two problems:1) Its almost impossible to read from an angle. You have to be looking at it straight on to read it. Since my refrigerator doesn't have wire racks, there is no way to easily hang this thermometer so you can see it straight on.2) The included suction-cup hangar is useless. Its so small that it doesn't ever make a good seal, and falls down in a couple of minutes. I ended up having to use gorilla glue to stick the suction cup to the side of the fridge.

Terrible product, cannot read display, very dim, cannot use suction cup, wont stick, must use built in stand and that doesn't work either

Very good quality made be a great company that I trust with my food preparations. I use this digital thermometer at all my Subway locations in the freezer, walk-in cooler, backup fridge and front counters to ensure the highest food safety for my customers and my business.

The suction cup does not work. I cleaned the surface, the suction cup and lubed the suction cup with a light coating of mineral oil. This worked fine in the Freezer but not in the Refrigerator. It fell down and kept my refrigerator door from closing but fortunately I found this out before the temp had climbed significantly.I think the best option may be to clean the surface, clean the suction cup and then use super glue to attach it.This is a superb device but the suction cup SUCKS!My original two of these were lost to Hurricane Ian. I now have two more .The big takeaway is that these do exactly what I need them to do which is to monitor temperature rise so I don't end up with food that has warmed to dangerous levels.Amazing product but the suction cups still suck!

We had been experiencing frequent power outages, so this thermometer was exactly what I needed to feel confident in my decision to keep or toss food from the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the thermometer will inexplicably register a max temperature of 72.3 (always the same!) for hours at a time, which makes the “time above temp” feature completely useless.

I use this to monitor the temp of my refrigerators. Very accurate and easy to read.

Our freezer died and we replaced it with a new one. I wanted a way to check the temperature as an indicator toi the health of our investment. The thermometer gives me confidence that the freezer is working effectively. Great product.
