Beautriful
Arrived quickly with all parts. Had the structure hung by an electrician and then put the crystals on once unit was hung. Easy to set up. Beautiful

Assembly challenging but it’s worth the frustration!
Beautiful chandelier I placed over my bathtub. Assembly is a bit challenging. Every crystal has to be connected but value and beauty for the money was worth the frustration.

Absolutely Gorgeous
Beautiful chandelier. I wasn’t sure about the K9 crystals because I am accustomed to lead crystal. I am happy to say they have all the shiny, glittery, sparkle my little raccoon heart could desire. Be sure to watch the instructional video if you are unsure on how to connect the crystal strands. One of my crystals was broken in the package but the seller quickly sent a replacement. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Attractive - surprised by the plastic parts
It was attractive in the pictures and the crystal liked good but the plastic parts were not something we wanted do we sent it back. Quick refund so than you for that.

Came broken
Some of the glass pieces came broken. It was extremely difficult to put together, especially as I had to attempt to glue pieces together. I couldn’t get it to turn on without popping the breaker so I had an electrician come out. He couldn’t get it to work either and said inside wiring was the problem and he couldn’t fix it without completely rewiring it. t that point I gave up and sent it back.
