very effective better than fiber dummies
very effective and works way better than the fiber gummy vitamins I have tried in the past. I decided to try them going low and slow and ive been taking 3 capsules/ once a day. The bottle recommends that dosage 2-3 times a day. With going once a day the effect was not tremendous but I did see improvement in my regularity. Now after about a week or two, i feel less bloated,my constipation is gone and bowel movements are a breeze. Highly recommend as a fiber supplement.
