restlos zufrieden, so sollte es eigentlich sein.
ich bin begeistert von dem artikel. bislang benutzte ich alte, weisse keramiktöpfe zum zubereiten von saucen (carbonara, Bolognese), die ich noch von meiner mutter übernommen habe. fast jedesmal brannten sie an am boden, nicht mal im geschirrspüler wurden sie richtig sauber. anders hier. nichts brennt an. und wenn ich sage nichts, dann meine ich nichts. schinken für carbonara mal vergessen für 5 minuten weil ein anruf kam, kein problem. den kochtopf kann man angenehnem ausleeren, man braucht gar keinen löffel dafür. und die reinigung ist denkbar einfach. ein wenig warmes wasser, mal durchschrubben mit einem tuch oder sogar eine küchenrolle reicht und das ding ist sauber wie neu. jedes mal in den geschirrspüler war mal. ich überlege, meinen gesamten vorrat an solchen kochtöpfen mit diesen produkten zu ersetzen.
