Samsung S22 Case

The outer shell is supposedly TPU, but it has a softish feel rather than the plastic-like of most other TPU's. That, along with a slight pattern, provides a solid grip. Despite the more pliable feel, it still slides in and out of a pocket easily. The protective lip is raised above the front panel and camera lens a good amount, it should keep both well protected. The fit is snug, requiring only a little bit of wrestling to get on and off. I tried it both ways; putting on the inner and outer shells as one piece, as well as installing the inner and then the outer independently. There is a very slight bulge-out around the buttons, which you can see on the front panel. It's evident no matter how you put it on, as a one or two piece operation. It hasn't posed any problems for me thus far. The material doesn't show fingerprints, which is always a bonus. All-in-all, a really nice case for the money.

Great case, many colors to choose from, fits my phone perfectly and it feels great in my hand. And it is very durable!!

what an amazing phone case. when I bought my current phone it came with an army green version of the case and I was planning on replacing it when the time eventually came with a clear rubberized case. however, when it came time to buy a new case I purchased this case in the teal color as I was that impressed with it. the texture on the back is suitably grippy to stay in your hand while still feeling premium due to the texture. I like that it's thick enough to protect the phone from drops without feeling too bulky like other cases out there. the tolerances are perfect and even with a bulky USB c cable you can still charge the phone without having to remove the case. even if you to have to remove the case, reinstalling it is a breeze and if you're like me and keep notes and stickers in your phone case you can have quite a few in there before the buttons are unusable my only complaints about the case are the silicone inner material. it's great but as it's a quite light grey it quickly absorbed the color from the pockets of my black work pants which make it look a lil dirty, and the one that was installed by the previous owner cracked around the camera and eventually broke, leading to sharp edges and the case is a two piece design. however I don't know how long the previous owner had this case overall, I would recommend this case, and I know multiple people that have this brand of case on different smart phones as they're a high quality protective case that isn't too bulky and feels quite premium

This case is perfect. It is shock proof and it looks great. The light color makes it easy to find anywhere.

I bought this for my S22 after two Otterbox cases broke at the top corner near the camera lenses. This case is better reinforced in that area. It's also lighter and has a better grip yet still slides in and out of my pocket easily. I've had it almost two years and it's survived several bad drops. A bargain. There is no flap to cover the charging port so I bought a separate dust plug for it.

The short version: Great case for the money. It provides adequate protection for light to moderate drops. It fits perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. It protected my phone well over two years of mild drops with a few rough ones thrown in. I would highly recommend this case for anyone who wants cheaply priced case that provides moderate protection. Think about your phone "handling" (how many accidents you have with your phone) when choosing a case to purchase. I would recommend combining this with a compatible screen protector for more complete protection. The attached photo shows the new case vs my old case of two years and a ~3 months. The inner shell is fine, the outer shell has a few missing pieces. Note: I see a lot of negative comments mentioning it doesn't fit, but my guess is they purchased the wrong case for their phone (some even mentioned phones that are not specified in the product listing, such as the S21). Who should buy this case?: If you want a slim case that provides light to moderate protection, then this case is right for you. It will protect against the occasional light drop (I probably lightly drop my phone 1-2 times a week) and even some more aggressive drops. Who should not buy this case?: If you find yourself being extremely abusive on your phone with either frequent drops, or a high chance dropping it from great heights or in rough terrain (i.e.: down multiple flights of stairs or down rocky hillsides) then this case is probably not for you and you most likely want to invest in a much more expensive and bulkier case. Additionally, if you you simply don't have the money to risk damage to your phone, it is probably better to invest the additional $50-$80 on a more bulky high-end case with all-around protection. This case is meant for those who want a compromise between the sleekness of the bare phone, and the protection of a case for those occasional drops. Details: This is my second time purchasing this case, with the first purchase being in November of 2021 and the latest in February of 2024. The first case did its job and protected my phone adequately for over two years. It was still functional, but with some cracks and missing pieces on the outer shell (from a rough accidental toss across an asphalt parking lot), I decided it was worth it to replace it with the same case for just another $15. Features: A hard (but light/thin) outer shell, with a flexible shock-absorbing inner shell. The top and bottom of the case are slightly raised above the screen surface, which will provide protection for the screen on relatively flat surfaces (it won't save you from rough surfaces/rocks). The sides fit level with the screen to allow use of the edge features on the phone. It does not come with a screen protector (and does not claim to - not sure why there 1 star reviews noting this - they knew that when they bought it if they read the description). There are screen protectors that will fit this phone, but you'll want ones that don't fit too tightly to the side of the phone, or the case will most likely not be compatible (I do not use screen protectors, so I cannot comment on the best options here). The Fit: The case fits perfectly on my S20 5G (purchased in 2021). I don't know how people claim they are cracking their screen putting it on or are unable to get it on. Most likely they are man-handling their phone or bought the wrong case for their phone. Just set the case flat on the table, slide the bottom of your phone in at an angle until it is firmly in place on the button, then gently lay it down into the case and push the top into place. You can also remove the rubber insert from the hard shell to put it on one piece at a time (I believe that's what they recommend, but I did not find it necessary). Protection: I do not drop my phone excessively, so I do not need maximum protection. I do, however, drop my phone once or twice a week from varying heights, usually not higher than about chest level at the worst. And typically this happens inside on hardwood floors. It provides 100% adequate protection for these drops. I do occasionally drop it outside, and it still provides good protection. Your main concern will be the screen, as this case will only provide minimal protection for your screen via the raised edges at the top and bottom (enough for protection on flat surfaces, but if dropping it on a small stone in a parking lot would, it would provide 0 protection). This is where I would recommend adding a screen protector, if you feel you'll be likely to drop it on some rougher surfaces. After two years of use with no screen protector, I have one light scratch on my screen and one light crack (or maybe a deep scratch?). The crack occurred when I tried to catch my phone as I dropped it and I accidentally flung it a few feet in the air and another 5-10 feet away on asphalt. My phone still works perfectly, and the light crack isn't really noticeable when the screen is on. So it saved my phone overall (my phone would definitely have been shattered without the case), but it will not provide perfect protection in those extreme drops. If you are at high risk of having an extreme drop early in your phone's life, or if you simply can't afford to risk it, then go with a more expensive all-around case such as an otter box or something similar.

Not as protective as I expected, I have always had an Otter Box. I thought that being a dual layer it would have more coverage like my Otter Box did, but it is much thinner, barely raised around the phones frame. I would send it back if I still had the package it was sent in and ortder another Otter, but so far so good. I will most likely end up ordering another Otter Box for peace of mind.

I've deliberately waited 1 month before my review as I've read other reviews that were not very good and wanted to see how the phone case holds up! I've had no problems with this case what so ever. No fading of colour. No scratches on the buttons either. The case fits perfectly and had done a really good job at fully protecting my phone. I recommend this product as a genuinely good phone case. I went for the green colour. It's different and looks very classy too.
