WOW! This thing is GREAT! Makes a CREAMY HEAD and there is NO tin can taste. Taste like I am in an Irish Pub. The "Trick" is to slowly release the gas in the can using a thumbtack to pierce a small hole in the top of the can. Keep the pin pushed all the way in and ease off a little at a time to release the pressure in the can. It has to be done "Slowly" so you do NOT activate the "Widget" in the can. After the pressure is released, open the can, place the Nitrosurge on the can, turn it on and pour. YUMMY!

Works great with pin trick, some of my best pours with this! The key is to not let your Guinness stay in the fridge for too long to get too cold or let it warm up after taking it out of the fridge for a while.

Cool factor yes, works well and looks great pouring beers. A little messy at times and don’t know if I can tell a huge difference in taste but definitely a crowd pleaser

Outstanding. Does what it says, needs to be charged and powered on to properly diffuse a Guinness pour from a can. Makes a can like draught. Best device ever ! Love this !

You can indeed taste a difference if you use the pin trick compared to a normal can w/ the widget. It is noticeable but does not elevate it to out of this world. If I had to rate on a scale of 10. Pub-9. Can w/pin trick-7. Can normal -6. Does not work if you don't do the pin trick. Must release the gas w/o activating the widget. If you activate it and still run it through the surger it honestly tastes worse than normal activation.
