I purchased this item in September 2025. After fracturing my right shoulder (dominant arm) in a bad fall on Sept 3, 2025, a family member suggested that I get my magnesium levels checked for bone weakness. I didn't get it tested BUT I did start taking this supplement (2 caps every day...dose is 4). I had my final appointment to the orthopedic doctor on Nov 17th and my x-rays showed new bone growth and healing to my shoulder. Now I am doing home PT to restore as much of my range of motion as possible. It's still a work in progress on my part, but I WILL CONTINUE taking this supplement to help keep my bones strong. I have had several falls in the last 3 years and as a 69 y.o. senior that is concerning. Bone strength is important, especially as we age. I highly recommend this product and this company for overall health supplements.

As a personal trainer, magnesium glycinate is a MUST I get all of my clients on due to its ability to help the body recover overnight. I have honestly tried so many different kinds of mag gly, however, I always go back to this one. The pill form makes it easy to have before bed without needing to consume extra liquid. The only thing I would say as a con is that if you can't or don't like to take pills, you do need to take a good amount of these for them to have the proper effect. However, I don't have an issue with that and it works better than this matters so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far so good! I have anxiety and at night my feet go crazy. Laying in bed recently I realized I wasn’t doing it anymore. Works for me
