Probably accurate to +/- .005mg, more than good enough for my purposes
Have set up and used this for measuring supplements. Others in other milligram scale reviews have bemoaned the fact that there aren't precise to +/= milligram. Fun fact: unless you have certified weights from the bureau of weights and measurements and you had a lab quality environment to test in, you would be hard pressed to make a claim like that. I'll give you that a 20 gram check weight is 2,000 times heaver than you are checking for so seems sort of pointless. But guess what? American coins all have high tolerance weights. My shield back penny is supposed to weigh 2.5 grams according to government specs. It weighed in at 2.496 mg. It was not in mint condition yadda yadda. That's close enough as far as I'm concerned. Not even sure if I could see .004 milligrams of zinc and cooper. If you really need +/-.001 precision, spend the extra $200.00 and get a lab quality scale and set up a lab quality environment to use it in and maybe read a couple of books to help you get up to speed with lab quality procedures. Otherwise for under $20.00 [got it on sale] this will work great for you. Cons: I did have to cut clearance in my longer USB cable to make it fit: read cut some plastic off the end of the cable with a razor blade. The cable that came in box is really short. I needed to re-tare it every so often, sort of like it had a power saver feature. It is a bit hard to clean as the main plastic cover is part of the main unit, as far as I could tell. Would recommend to a people who "get it". Would not recommend any milligram scale to others. LOL

More consistency than any other powder scale.
Bought 2 of them for reloading, measuring powder. I set up 5 "devices", in this order. Powder drop, balance beam scale, MTM digital, and 2 of these scales - to check consistency between them. New lithium batteries in the MTM & 2 Milligram scales, to eliminate the slow drifting. Balanced beam scale and the 2 Milligram scales were giving me better than .05 grain accuracy, powder drop after drop - was not expecting that from a $20 scale! Fast - it settles in quickly, unlike the $50 or more digital scales, which gives you one reading, lift the pan & reseat it, and WOW, a different reading..? Well, what is it then? 18.2 grains or 17.9 grains or 18.4 grains...? They all SAY they're accurate to 0.1 grains, but the darn thing can't settle on a weight with any consistency! Try it, weigh something, lift it off the scale, set it back down & see if it reads the same. These cheap $20 scales read the same, over and over - best I've ever had! My only slightly negative, is not reading the scale weight, but the MODE it's on - the type is kinda small.

Precision scale with many accessories
I've had scales from other sellers and this by far is the best, packed with many accessories. The LCD screen is bright and easy to read. I didn't realize when I bought this but it even has a built in level to actually measure. It makes sense that the level would ensure more precision measure. This is definitely well priced with all the bells and whistles. It's not going to be as accurate as the several hundred dollars one but it's good for what it is.

Works Fine, but Do NOT expect it to perform like the ones that cost several hundreds of dollars.
It's fairly accurate, but understand you are not going to be able to measure super small amounts of powder, or other items that weigh less than say, 5 mg.. For example, if you need to weigh something that weighs say 3-5 mg or less, it will NOT likely do a good job weighing individual items of 5 mg or less. But one possible way around this is to lay a tray or other object that weighs 30, or more mg, as a starting point. Then any additions, would be picked up with reasonable accuracy. Keep in mind again though, that it will probably NOT pick up the addition of say, 1 mg, and so you'd have to add say 4 or 5 mg at the very least before it "notices" additional weight being added to some other started job... Make Sense? I use this for weighing super small amounts of product that I add to a tablet-making base powder, and some of the ingredients are only 5 to 10 mg each, for example one of my ingredients is Menthol. I weigh out about 10 mg in to my product, along with other . To put my review in to perspective, this scale can best be described as a 5 mg, minimum weight scale. I can make this scale work for my needs, and for the most part, I'd doubt that most folks would need more accuracy than that. If so, you/they'd be better off buying a more accurate model,

Very accurate
I bought this as a backup for my Gempro 250 which I use for reloading. When using an old set of Ohaus calibration weights on my Gempro, I am regularly off by .001 grams. With this scale I was perfectly accurate on all the weights from 1 to 50 grams (the scale limit). Granted the calibration weights could be off to the extent of the scale but what are the odds. The Gempro is now the backup. This scale is also easier to calibrate. A tip to reloaders, I use the top of a vodka bottle to catch the powder to weigh instead of the little pan that they provide. The powder doesn't bounce out of it like it sometimes does with the provided pan. Oops, after I wrote the above I discovered one flaw. The scale turns itself off after a couple of minutes of inactivity. you have to put it back on and tare the pan again. This scale may be just a backup.

A++ Product & Performance! VERY Accurate & Durable Scale!
Perfect Pocket/Desk Scale! Was calibrated perfectly out of the box and has maintained calibration since. Extremely accurate readings, and the different size scale dishes make a nice added benefit. This thing is top notch all around, and the zipped carrying case is very protective and functional. Stores everything needed with the scale along with any additional accessories you might want to keep with it. The orange backlit screen color looks quite nice too! Lifetime Customer! A++ Product & Performance!

Sketchy measurements on small qty's
man, I have difficulty measuring my pre-workout with this and trusting the measurements. Some of the supps I take to be 0.065-0.075 depending on the day and the measurements seem shaky in that it will reflect a certain amount with and then jump up to over 30% of the original weight and then stay there. If I poke the scale to try and get it to self-adjust to the initial rating (just to see) it will fall back down or around the original measurement. like, I even use the little airflow cover that is mounted on the scale. It's super weird... I feel like either I am getting what I paid for on a cheaper scale or hopefully, mine was just broken and others will have a better experience. What concerns me the most is when I was younger, I had taken some things that had a dose 0.014 and if you go over it it's a BIG problem and I don't know how someone could trust this scale with measurements like that. Those tiny measurements may not have been health supplement related but they still had to be accurate. so... yeah. I feel like I have a valid concern either way. I have calibrated the scale several times and it still performs the same. I may have a bad scale... I would recommend getting something that might be a bit pricier with the thought that you are paying for better accuracy to trust your health with. e: spelling corrections
