This is a wonderful phone with headset which works perfectly for my needs. I am working at home and it gives me hands free access. I purchased one set over 5 years ago and unfortunately broke the headset phone piece. i purchased this phone and had to return it as the set made me sound garbled. I purchased another and it works as perfectly as the first set i bought in 2020. (i am assuming the set i returned was defective). it would be nice if i could have just replaced the headset phone piece, but i am ok as the first lasted so long. :)

I work from home and have always used Panasonic Phone systems. I have always been disappointed with their quality. I use hands free and the sound was subpar. I tried to pair a headset it said it was compadible with and it would never pair. So frustrating to say the least. I didn't want to spend the money on a new system but I had no choice. I am so glad I spent the money!!!! It was so easy to set up and my customers can finally hear me. The hands free head set is amazing! I prefer the over the head option for the headset, it is so comfortable and adjustable. It does give you the option of the earhook which I might try out. They give you a total of 4 replacements just in case it breaks. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this system. Life in the office just got easier!

Seems to work well so far and the best option is that you can also link your cell phone to this phone set. Nice to not have to deal with carrying around both phones or of your cell phone is charging. The head set answers both phones also and frees up your hands. I have had VTech's before and they last and work a long time. You can also download your phone book from your cell phone to your VTech which will automatically transfer it to the other handset. Great value for what you get. Instructions are easy to understand and its a quick easy setup and comes with everything you need.

I love this phone! Sounds great. Easy to use. Bought more phones and they connect easy. I love the Bluetooth feature. I use it with my cell. When my cell rings and I'm away from it the phone rings differently so I know it's a cell call and you answer on the home phone. That is really cool!!! It has a cell button Seperate from home phone button to answer. And the headset is awesome to talk and do housework at the same time. Love it. Highly recommend! I don't understand why people say the directions are hard to understand they can't be any more easier. I had this phone working in minutes with the directions so I have no idea what people are reading or maybe they don't understand how to read directions. This phone is awesome. And if you want your cell to work with the phone you have to leave your Bluetooth on on your cell phone. If you don't have your Bluetooth turned on on your cell phone then you're not going to receive calls. This phone does not deserve anything less than 5 stars and reading some of the other comments I don't get it at all why anybody would give it less than 5. It's simple to hook up instructions can not be any more easier!!!!

Pros - easy to return. Cons: 1-Poor call quality. 2-Made super cheaply. 3-Headset is an absolute joke. Hands down the single worst headset I have ever seen. All of the bands and so on are made so cheaply that they are bent out of shape by my ear. I have normal ears, btw. I tried the over the ear attachment for the headset, and they actually managed to mess that up as well. It would not fit around my head, it was too small. I don't have a fat head, either. 4-Sure it hooked up to my cell phone, whoopie. Since even the landline calls on this thing sounded worse than my cell phone, this proved to be worthless as well. 5-Each line picked up the other, as well as those of my neighbors. Given that DECT was made for apartment buildings with hundreds of tenants, I was surprised by this, to say the least. So here is a phone, with a headset, that is using DECT in order to mitigate noise from other electronics. Call quality is abysmal, the headset is an insult to whomever they sell it to, and they actually found a way to make DECT fail. I try to be fair in my reviews, but if this thing made it through quality control, this is probably a stock to short sell. Yes, it was that bad. I not only want my refund, I want the 3 hours of my life this wasted back. Absolute piece of garbage.

What would / should give 5 stars: it's exactly what I need and at the best price point. So, two handsets...answering machine...and the exact ear piece I wanted. My previous, older model just got old and the batteries ran out (primarily on the ear piece). So, I wanted the same type of unit...as that serves my needs. But what brings down to three stars: the quality is so less and poorer to previous models. It feels so, so cheap and flimsy. There's a delay when you turn on the phone and star dialing. The LED lighting is so poor and dim, it's barely visible, and you can't adjust brightness. In the end, I'm glad I bought this model as it serves my needs and price point way better than other options out there. But the older / previous model was just far superior and clearly vTech seems to be going downhill vs uphill on home based units (which I understand is continuing to go extinct with cell phones).

We've been using this VTech phone for two months now and are very pleased with it. We bought it because we didn't want to get rid of our landline and rely exclusively on our mobile, as many of our friends have done. (The idea of dragging it around our three-story house all the time exhausted us just thinking about it.) This phone synchs seamlessly with our mobile and in effect acts as a three-headset extension of it. The earpiece is also very handy, because you CAN drag that around with no effort, so you always have access to both the landline and the mobile if you want it. I'm also impressed with the clarity of the sound, both transmitting and receiving. It's not perfect. Programming it requires a fair amount of work (though it's not hard) and the LCD screen is a bit hard to read. Also, the synched mobile will only ring on the headsets if you get an ordinary mobile call, not something like a WhatsApp call. Overall, though, a great purchase.

As a work from home dispatcher I’m on the phone all day & was looking for a hands free option. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. I’ve had this system set up for a few days now and I love it! Being able to call on loads or speak with my drivers and still have both hands free to use the computer, file, etc has been life changing. We have a smaller home (1000 sq ft) but I can go anywhere in our house as well as outside in our yard using the headset. So it has all the range I need. I put the headset on the charger every night & the battery lasts all day with me using it all day. Love that it came with the two phones so I can have one in the office and one in our living area. And love that it came with the answering machine as we need it for our business. Hands free comes with option of just the ear piece (with several different sizes to fit your ear) or the headset which I personally find more stable and comfortable. Easy to set everything up. Very very very happy I purchased this. Questioning myself as to why I waited so long!

Me gustó mucho. Funciona muy bien. Se puede conectar hasta a dos teléfonos celulares. No estoy seguro si se pueden contestar ahí las llamadas (no he podido, aunque tampoco lo he intentado mucho), pero puedes incorporar los contactos del celular en unos cuantos pasos. La diadema funciona también bien.

I cant believe this is as low cost as it is for everything it does. I did not know what to expect but wow. I don't even ever have time to write reviews but this item made me question why everyone doesn't have one. Links to your cell phone, has a Bluetooth headset with a head band, everything is rechargeable, awesome docking station, no need to carry my phone all over the house anymore, got 2 stationary phones that ring and are portable makes life super easy and even has its own answering machine and more features than I imagined. Vtech is an awesome company they always have been I wish I invested in them way back when they started cause I was already researching their company way back when thinking they made the best products.

i bought it, and not mentioned if 120 or 240.. it was burned because it was connected to 120

last 2 decades I use UTech only due to good design and durability. This time the product come with defect not charging.
