I know many people take magnesium malate for fibromyalgia and muscle pain, but that's not why I bought it. I take it because I'm very interested in mitochondrial health and energy production. Updated Feedback: I just received a letter from the Jigsaw Health Company explaining me that the MFG (manufacturing Date) means that the product was made on that date (06-2019), and their products are %100 good for 2 years after such date. I apologize for my ignorance and previous feedback. Also, I just purchased their product again because I like the quality from this company. PREVIOUS FEEDBACK: I just realized that This product was already expired when I bought it on November 2019...

We really like this one, jigsaw brand is trustworthy and has the most “bioavailable” supplements. Magnesium is necessary for your body to function properly. This one is JUST magnesium and not a bunch of unneeded ingredients.
