The sticking pads do not contain adequate adhesive gel. The booklet provided with instrument does not clearly mention the mode to be used for TENS.

Okay; initial review was 💯% Love this! That was before using the unit- I did post I had not used it yet, but the features are amazing. Now after using the unit and charging it one time it’s amazing how long one charge lasts. I’ve used it every day since it’s arrived. Another great feature is you can set how many minutes you would like to use the unit and what kind of pulse/stimulation you want,(not much difference between the settings). One big NEGATIVE issue is the adjustments are very touchy-I have had to start over several times each time I use the unit to get it right. All the adjustments are made on the same middle circle ⭕️. If you look at the picture I provided. I ordered my mom one on her account which I will have to return because of this. An elderly person will have issues with this, my father couldn’t use his fingers to dial the smartphone. I had my neighbor try it and he wasn’t able to get it. This is also slim, not a bulky gadget so it will easily fit into a pocket. Looking forward to using it tonight!

When I opened the package and saw how small the unit was I thought there was no way this thing would work very well. I have had TENS units applied to me before during physical therapy and visits to the chiropractor and they can crank them up beyond the pain threshold. This unit puts out the power. After I charged it fully, attached the pads and turned it on, it made its presence know at the lowest level. I needed to investigate the different modes on the different parts of my body that I wanted to treat with the unit. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in a shoulder and wrist. I started with my shoulder and after a couple of uses I have been able to significantly increase the intensity. The pain hasn't completely gone away but it is greatly eased and I imagine the more I use it and vary the modes the better it will get. I next moved on to the wrist with the same results. I did find that I needed to adjust the placement on the bad on the back of my hand due to an uncomfortable tingling shock that traveled down my thumb. Depending on the settings, you will experience muscle contractions, especially on any setting that creates cyclic pulsing. it is not an uncomfortable sensation, but your fingers may jump or other muscles will contract like a cramp with no associated pain. I have only had it for two days and it is comparable to the professional units at treatment facilities. After several uses, the pads are still very sticky. The unit is smaller than almost any mobile phone but seems to be very sturdy. It is easy to store and will be easy to pack for travel. The best thing is, you don't have to spend $100 or more to get the same benefits.

Have a bad back which I’ve had surgery on before and continue to get bad back flare ups and spasm. The last flare up Left me crawling around the airport to get home from a work trip. This thing doesn’t eliminate the issue by any standard but definitely improves the muscle and nerve pain during hard times. I wear it regularly and it helps.
