In my house, this is a salty sea breeze in a bottle, just gentler on the tide. Whispers of umami pirouette across your palate, never shouting. For flavor that flirts, not floods, low sodium soy sauce is the charming rogue of condiments. We put it on white rice quite often and it seems to have a shelf life of forever.

Great price for name brand
Great value for your money on a brand name product. It's a name you can trust to be good. Soy sauce has a lot of uses besides just stir fry. Marinade is probably the second best use. A general seasoning to add flavor, color and salt to a dish.

Great price for large container of soy!
Great taste!! If you cook many Asian recipes, why buy small bottles? This is kept in the second fridge due to size and poured into a smaller container for often use. Great price!

Great value, and a perfect size if you frequently make marinades and dips.
Great flavor, and reduced sodium means you can use more of it for a richer flavor, without going overpoweringly salty. The flip-top cap does work to fill bottles in a pinch, but for best results you'll want to screw the cap off entirely and use a funnel. So make sure you have one handy if you plan to fill smaller bottles. Make sure you store it upright however, because once the safety seal is removed, it is NOT perfectly watertight. It will drip slowly but steadily.

Less-Salty but Retains Flavor
Love Kikkoman brand soy sauce and was happy to find the lite version online as my store was out. I kept my smaller bottle and just use the giant one to refill it. It is exactly as expected. The lite is less salty, safer for those people with bp issues, and has such a good flavor.
