I gave this product 5 stars because it did the job for me. That being said, I'm not a foam type shaving person. So, I went back to my Gel shaving. I do use the Gillette Labs razor and in spite of the price for the razors. I would buy them again. You honestly can't go wrong with either product. It's more of a choice than anything else.

I have very sensitive skin with thick facial hair follicles. This foam not being dense makes it better than most shaving foams out there, but the much cheaper Equate's Shave Foam still tops my list. Therefore the 4 stars.

Do you know what "quick rinse" means? Sounds boring, but it has revolutionized my shaving. "Who needs shaving cream?" I used to think. "I'll just use soap." Soap works fine for the shaving part. But when it came time to rinse, I would run my cartridge razor under the water repeatedly, back and forth, banging it and whipping it from side to side under the running faucet to remove the tiny hairs stuck to the razor. With Gillette Labs Quick Rinse, I run it under the water just a couple times and all the hairs fall off! It has cut my shaving time and frustration in half. Worth its weight in gold.

I use Foamy and its el cheapo generic looking cousin (also made by Gillette) and absolutely hate gels. Though expensive, I really enjoy using this. I like everything about it, including the scent. I currently use it with Gillette Skin Guard razors, which BTW magically never cut my skin, no matter how quickly and carelessly I shave. I obviously have a very light beard, extremely sensitive skin, and shave only two or three times a week. A blade can last me as long as three months (without the pyramid :-D !). And a can of Foamy, a really long time, since I only use about a quarter to half dollar size of shaving cream at a time. Most Americans use too much soapy product on their hair and skin, which as far as shave cream goes, not only more quickly dulls the blade (all product leaves a small coating whether you like it or not in addition to friction) but also reduces the closeness of the shave. You will get your money's worth out of this premium shave cream. BTW I also am going to try the Lab Exfoliating Razor. Hopefully it works as magically well as the Skin Guard. But as I mentioned before, I always get my money’s worth out of Gillette products through thoughtful use.

I wish I could give less than one star. This is one of the worst products I’ve ever used.. the foam becomes a liquid after 2 to 3 times of usage and from there on it is just watery. Never thought Gillette would produce such low quality and useless product.

Good quality product for shave Love the smell and very easy to use It a bit pricey for small bottle but it a product you will love to use I will buy it again and do recommend it

Makes shaving with zits easy

Gillette Quick Rinse has no slimy feel and rinses easily but might not be as effective if you have a heavy beard. I used Gillette Foamy for years but didn't like the slimy feeling residue that was hard to wash off. Quick Rinse works for me. I like the scent too.

Pump broke way too easily because it’s only connected to the bottle via a little thin piece of plastic. Be careful when you use it.
