**Q: Why did the seeds not grow?**
A: My seeds grew.  I covered the container with plastic wrap and kept it moist.  However, keep in mind do not over water.  If you over water, the seeds will become moldy.

**Q: Where should this be placed in a window with sun or not?**
A: After the grass get about two inches heigh I take it from a dark space and place in in my bay window.  It gets morning full sun. I check it every couple of days to see if it needs water.  Be careful not to overwater because mold will grow in the grass.  I hope this works for you.

**Q: Which is the pot—the larger container with holes in bottom (vs. smaller container, which I assume is the lid?) No pictures—would’ve been helpful.**
A: I bought the kitty pot. Works great. I would think the smaller holes would be for bottom and larger for top. Your grass does grow pretty heavily.

**Q: The soil disc were all wrapped together instead of individually and the soil had a hard time absorbing the water. Why was it wrapped individually? I’v**

To protect the integrety of our soil discs during transit and to avoid dustiness inside of the bags, the soil discs are now being wrapped separately. If you're struggling to get the soil to hydrate, try using a hotter water temperature. That tends to help quite a bit!
