Meaningful Bedtime Bonding Activity for Parents and Children
This is a wonderful journal for children and families. We’ve been going through it together with my child before bedtime every night, and it has become such a meaningful parent-child bonding activity. The prompts are thoughtful, engaging and encourage positive conversations, reflection and a growth mindset in a very age-appropriate way. My child genuinely looks forward to it each night, which says a lot.

It is so good that I will recommend this book /Journal to anybody! [this review was written unprompted by my 8 year old. They loved working through it and it was well structured with the Journal Buddy idea and the stories. They have never felt inclined to write a review before, so this is high praise indeed.]
