Good product works

Bottle is small aswell as the pills and you can just chew it and swallow. It's like travel sized. Such a convenient form factor. Requires a bit lf chewing or it will take a long time to dissolve.

This is good if you have trouble taking pills- it’s chewable or dissolves in your mouth (it’s a tiny lozenge about the size of a baby aspirin) and it tastes alright- it’s good if you’re not into big vitamins and you want a methylated vitamin for better absorption

Outstanding supplement it helps if you’ve gotten neuropathy in your feet couple in the morning couple in the evening you’re good to go

As with all NOW brand supplements I take, I am very pleased with this! It’s a great price, too. Sometimes I will let it melt under my tongue and sometimes, if I’m in a hurry, I will chew it. It tastes great and is a very small pill. I have had no side effects. I highly recommend them to everyone!

First, these are the type of chemical formulation that is most recommended for effectiveness. They don't taste too bad since you have to dissolve them under your tongue. With vitamins you have to have some trust that the item works as it should, but our doctor recommended we take B12 because he said that most people are B12 deficient. This is a good, cost effective source for that.

I recommend it also tastes good like candy , and the size of the lozenge is very small it can be taken sublingual or by chewing
