I take metformin and found out by chatting with AI that it can lower your B12. So I started taking this and it seems to help a bit. I will have my Dr. do a blood test at my next appointment to see my levels.

If you take PPI acid blockers you may be low on B12, magnesium too. Just dissolve one of these under your tongue a few times per week and you'll be good on B12. My blood test level was actually at the end of the high range using these.

I recommend it also tastes good like candy , and the size of the lozenge is very small it can be taken sublingual or by chewing
