The knife is very well constructed. Easy to hold with a very classy look about it. But that is not the main thing, The main thing is that it has an incredibly sharp blade that cuts through even the most crusty sourdough very easily. My old knife just didn't touch it. Would recommend.

Beautiful knife and a pleasure to use. The balance is perfect and the design on the blade makes it enjoyable to cut stuff! lol.Takes a bit of time to get used to the weight as it is a heavy knife and I wished I paid more attention to the actual weight, it is what it is I’ll continue to use it though but might get a light one.

We loved this knife for about a year and a half. Super sharp and stayed sharp. Then it broke, the blade almost chopped my toe off as it fell to the floor. It turns out there is very little metal running into the handle from the blade. I'm actually quite surprised it lasted as long as it did.Very disappointed and potentially dangerous when it fails like ours did. The blade will come away from the handle and end up wherever it falls.

Easy to hold, well made and oh so sharp!!

Nicely presented and a good size for a large loaf to be sliced. Perhaps not as razor - sharp as anticipated but home - baked fresh bread was sliced without mishap so job done!
