Works perfect great price
Worked right out of the box. Has all the buttons needed to adjust every aspect of my receiver. Good build quality. Would highly recommend.

Works for the Onkyo HT-RC260 but not other components
Happy that this will control my Onkyo-HT-RC260. It is pre-programmed and cannot be used to control other components, like the TV. It's just for the Onkyo and does control all functions of the Onkyo. I hope this lasts a long time because the Onkyo has burned through 2 other remotes and is still kicking. I wish they had built the remote to be as well made as the console.

Easy set up
Basically just add batteries ! I use my Onkyo receiver for surround sound from feed from Samsung TV. I was expecting a complicated setup too much for my 80 year old tech challenged skills to maneuver and was prepared to bring in tech support from a 12 year old. After adding batteries (well within my skill set) I pressed power button and to my amazement the damn thing turned on! I was on my way! Next I pressed the source (TV/CD) and wouldn't you know it the sound came up. The entire experience from ordering to delivery plus the reasonable price was terrific! I highly recommend. If you have any issues, I know a 12-year-old I can recommend.

Did everything it was supposed to immediately-no hassle.
This didn't come with instructions which is NOT a negative statement for this device. It doesn't need instructions, it just hooked right up to the TV and sound receiver immediately. My partner is super satisfied and was very excited that it took absolutely no effort to get working. We're both pleased, the remote does everything we needed it to and then some. Great price for a great product, fast shipping.

It’s exactly like our old one. Buttons are soft and easy to use. Synced up immediately, no problems at all.
