**Q: I need to hone out a pinion bearing to use as a mockup will these do that?**
A: This 60 grit flapwheel will do a rough polishing of a surface. To get a smoother surface a series of finer grit flapwheels would be needed. I am not sure what you mean by ``hone out". This flapwheel will not carve out material from a solid piece, so a different type of bit would be needed for that. What material would be used to make a ``mockup"? There are beautiful pinion bearings for sale on Amazon, one for as little as $15.

**Q: Will these work for opening a hole in a cast iron weight plate? Opening from 25mm to 28mm**
A: I think these will just barely fit into the initial 25mm hole since they are 1" in diameter, but they might catch and jam a bit. To increase the opening to 28mm in cast iron it will take a lot of effort and not be precise as you go round and round the hole. This solution would not be as accurate as machining the hole with the proper cutting tool. It also depends on the thickness of the plate. A die grinder might work better with this to clean up the surface.

**Q: How wide is the face (solid section)?**
A: 1"

**Q: Will these work on a 25000 rpm dewalt die grinder?**
A: Unfortunately, the MAX RPM for these is 19,100. However, the 1" x 1" x 1/4" variety would work fine with that tool.
