Bookbinders was a classy restaurant in Philadelphia for years. I feel a connection to that legacy every time I delight myself with any of the Bookbinder condiments. It has the right blend of spiciness and “zing” for my taste..not overwhelming…and can predict it will delight all tastes. I picture the signers of the Declaration of Independence smoking their clay pipes and feasting on Chesapeake Bay seafood using Bookbinder’s condiments to complement the scrumptious flavor of their dish. And we can enjoy that taste today in our own home. How lucky can an Amazon shopper be?

Bookbinders is famous for their high-quality products, and these are no exception. I was happy to find this set of both tartar sauce and seafood sauce. Our family will enjoy them both.

This comes the closest to restaurant quality sauce that i have found. Have used several orders and will contine to purchase.

cocktail sauce has strong, deep roasted tomato flavor with just enough horseradish. it has been my favorite for years. tried the tartar sauce because of the package deal. sour flavor and greasy texture like old mayonnaise. expected better, just not my taste.
