I'm a medical advocate and people who purchase probiotics must realize four important things towards the purchase of any probiotics. Good brand, have live cultures, more than 4 different strains and also be 40 or more billion CFU's. This probiotics has it all. People who are constipated is a lot more important to have probiotics because the colon are heavily filled with bad bacteria, you need the good bacteria to get your colon going. The phrases of "death begins in the colon" makes people surprised to hear this but in order to be in the right direction you first need probiotics as a start.
