Great Tasting, A Little Expensive but Worth It
These taste really good, almost like I'm eating a regular fruit gummy! It has a nice strawberry, fruity scent. They are a bit expensive so I try to buy them around events such as Prime Day. I do believe my stomach feels better when I take these, and it helps keep my bathroom schedule consistent.

Worth the $$!!
TMI but ever since i remember, I have always had smelly gas. I have a condition where I don’t burp, so I naturally pass more gas thru the other end. It has always smelled but since i’ve been taking these probiotics consistently and paired them with natural prebiotics like beans, the smell has just disappeared! I also feel wayyy less bloated and my overall immunity has been great! I am a speech therapist and work with kids and for about a year straight, I haven’t gotten sick whereas my coworkers have been sick 2-3x within a year or a few months. Not sure if this has anything to do with these probiotics but i know that ever since i’ve taken these probiotics, ive been so much less bloated and had less smelly gas.

Good products
Prefer the capsules but couldn’t find in stock so bought these. They are a tad bit sugary so not my favorite. I am not sure if gummies can be made without sugar?? Otherwise, I do love the Mary Ruth products but unless in a pinch may yry to stick with capsules.
