This is a great headset. Charges quickly, comfortable, flexible. It connects easily & quickly to both phone and laptop. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue after 2.5 years of owning the headset and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Recommend Earbay 👍🏻

This was a really good headset. For the first 2 months that I owned it anyway. It was in use 2-3 days per week, for a few hours of conference calls per day. And then the sound failed in one side and there's no fix. Really disappointing because up to that point, I was convinced it was possibly the best headset I've owned. No headset lasts for ever - but they really should last for longer than 2 months! Maybe mine was just a bad one from the batch. Or a 'Friday afternoon' unit. Shame. **Update - The suppliers have been very supportive since posting the original review and have reimbursed the purchased cost. I can't fault the customer service, it's just a shame the headset stopped working**

Already have a pair of these and my 10 year old granddaughter keeps pinching them so bought her a pair. They are great connect to my phone . I pad and laptop with no issues the sound is Crystal clear

Perfect, used for the 1st time today for a 2hr teams meeting. Really comfortable, pairing with Bluetooth was easy. Also really good to use with my Nuance Dragon speech recognition software. Price was really good 👍 yes would definitely recommend buying

I was happy with the product until, all of a sudden, the microphone stopped working after a year and a half of use.

I have very mixed feelings with this product. On one hand the mic is VERY good, noise cancelling works much better than I expected and the quality of the sound it produces is much better than what the price suggests. The actual audio quality is also very good, with surround sound included as a nice bonus. So that's what makes it really good for calls and listening to music. However, due to it using Bluetooth only and no way to wire it or use a USB, the delay can be 1-2 seconds a lot of the time, and sometimes the audio gets crunchy as well due to a bad connection. This means it is almost unusable for anyone watching videos on it or gaming due to the delay being too distracting, which is a genuine shame given the quality of the headset itself...

The headset is perfect, using it everyday for work and nothing to complain about : battery stay charged the whole day, the headset is cute and the quality overall is good.

Great sound and super comfy! I’ve been using these headphones for about a week now and I love them! The sound is clear and the bass is surprisingly strong. They’re also really comfortable, even after wearing them for hours. Bluetooth connects quickly and stays stable. Totally worth it for the price!

Out of all the ear buds and head sets I think I found the one to keep. So far I have been able to use these for 3+ days without charging while having hours of meetings and leaving the power on for 8+ hours a day. I like that these ones can adjust the Windows volume (some BT headsets can't). Two minor issues: 1) I dislike is the announcement every time I mute or unmute. If someone is talking in a meeting I cannot hear them while the announcement happens. I don't need to be told when I mute or unmute since I have to press the button to do that and the red light shows it's muted. 2) The mute button is on the back side of the mic so you need to grip the mic on the front and back to press the button which might cause some noise to people listening.
